Welcome to Kerr County ESD District 3
ESD3 generally meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 PM at the Center Point Volunteer Fire Station, 548 Kelly Street, Center Point, TX 78010. Members of the public may attend the posted public meetings.
Emergency Services Districts (ESDs) are authorized by the Texas Constitution, Article 3, Section
48-e, and Chapter 775 of the Texas Health & Safety Code.
Kerr County ESD3 is a governmental entity funded by property tax revenue to help support various operations and equipment needs of the Center Point Volunteer Fire Department which provides fire protection and emergency
services to the community.
